Frequently Asked Questions
How long have you been a photographer, and what is your experience?
I’ve been a photographer for over 20 years; photographing everything from headline news to fashion magazine covers. I received my BA in photojournalism from The Ohio University. After years of working under several master photographers I decided to take what I learned in both fields. I became a photographer 20 years ago.
What kind of equipment do you use?
I shoot with 2 Canon Professional Cameras (one DSLR and one Mirrorless) at all times and keep a third in my bag as a backup camera. I use all Canon lenses with a multitude of focal lengths and speed to capture every moment from close or far. We also bring off camera lighting for evening shots.
How can we go about booking?
I encourage all my clients to meet with me in person (or via video chat) at least once before booking. . There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of signing to hold the date. The remaining balance is due after our session
Do you take credit cards for payment?
Yes, we are happy to accept credit card payments with no additional fees.
Do I receive a copy of the high-resolution digital files?
Yes, all your photos are edited, retouched and uploaded to an online gallery. There you can download them, share them friends and family and order prints.
How many photos do we receive?
You can expect to receive around 100 images per hour of coverage.
How long will it be before our photos are ready to view?
Images are delivered several days after our session
How are our images cared for after delivery? Are they backed up?
Yes. Your images are backed up twice on site at my home studio and backed up again offsite for triple redundancy protection. Nothing is more serious to me than making sure your memories are never lost. I take the utmost care in the storage of your images.
